    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality assurance protocols and systems for production processes.
    • Conduct regular inspections, audits, and evaluations to ensure strict compliance with internal and external quality standards (e.g., ISO, food safety).
    • Investigate and efficiently resolve quality issues, non-conformances, and customer complaints using root cause analysis.
    • Collaborate effectively with production, R&D, and supply chain teams to integrate quality by design principles.
    • Analyze quality data, trends, and performance metrics to identify areas for continuous improvement and implement corrective actions.
    • Provide training and guidance to staff on quality procedures, standards, and best practices to foster a strong quality culture.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Food Science, or a closely related technical discipline.
    • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in quality engineering or quality assurance, preferably within the consumer goods or food & beverage manufacturing industry.
    • Strong working knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, HACCP, FSSC 22000).
    • Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical process control.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities with strong attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a cross-functional and international team environment.
