Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections and audits of projects and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Identify and analyze quality issues, recommending and implementing corrective and preventative actions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, and project teams to integrate quality requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality performance, non-conformances, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure all activities adhere to company quality policies and client specifications within the Oil and Gas sector.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in a Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance role, preferably within the Oil and Gas or related heavy industry.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and relevant methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
