    Key Responsibilities

    • Ensure product quality and compliance with international standards and internal specifications.
    • Implement, monitor, and improve quality control processes throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.
    • Conduct thorough inspections and audits of production processes and finished products.
    • Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate effectively with R&D, production, and other cross-functional teams on quality initiatives.
    • Develop, document, and maintain comprehensive quality procedures and work instructions.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer or in a similar quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing.
    • Relevant certifications, such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), are highly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and quality tools.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, global manufacturing environment.
    • Proficiency in data analysis, statistical process control, and quality software.
