Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for bicycle components.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance.
- Analyze quality data to identify trends, root causes of defects, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence.
- Monitor supplier quality and manage corrective actions for non-conforming materials.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and tools (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma, Lean).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
