Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards for the VOAK project.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Identify and resolve quality-related issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive quality documentation and reports.
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate quality assurance into all phases of development.
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously seek improvements in quality processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Quality Engineer, preferably in infrastructure or large-scale projects.
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies.
