Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain QEH&S policies and procedures in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Conduct regular risk assessments, site inspections, and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Provide comprehensive QEH&S training and awareness programs to all employees.
• Monitor environmental performance, promote sustainable practices, and manage waste reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and submit QEH&S reports, ensuring accurate record-keeping and data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety roles, preferably within manufacturing or industrial sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Egyptian and international QEH&S regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to conduct audits, develop safety protocols, and manage corrective action plans.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a distinct advantage.
