Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust quality management systems for data centre projects.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure strict adherence to industry standards, client specifications, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the documentation, analysis, and reporting of quality performance metrics and project findings.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, engineers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes, procedures, and best practices across all projects.
- Ensure all data centre construction and commissioning activities comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager, preferably within the data centre, construction, or critical infrastructure sectors.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with quality management standards (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to effectively influence teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a closely related technical field.
