    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures for recruitment services.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Oversee the execution of quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and client expectations.
    • Monitor and analyze recruitment process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate quality standards throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
    • Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Head of QA, or similar leadership role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
    • Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
    • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
    • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
