Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality assurance strategies and procedures for recruitment services.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Quality Assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Oversee the execution of quality control processes, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and client expectations.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment process performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate quality standards throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management, highlighting performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Head of QA, or similar leadership role, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
