Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality management systems and protocols for healthcare services.
- Oversee and audit quality assurance activities across all clinical and administrative departments.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and healthcare outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international healthcare accreditation standards and regulations.
- Manage and mentor a team dedicated to quality administration and performance monitoring.
- Report on key quality metrics and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Requirements
- Proven extensive experience in quality management within a large-scale healthcare institution.
- Strong understanding of healthcare accreditation standards (e.g., JCI, HAAD).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities in a complex environment.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration.
