Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage quality assurance projects throughout their lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Ensure strict adherence to GxP regulations (e.g., GMP, GLP, GCP) and internal quality management systems.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes and procedures for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to integrate quality by design principles.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement robust mitigation strategies for quality-related issues.
• Prepare and present comprehensive quality performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Control role within the pharmaceutical industry.
• In-depth knowledge of international GxP regulations and quality standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects and manage complex quality initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to interpret quality data and identify improvement areas.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
