Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections of incoming raw materials and packaging.
- Monitor production processes to ensure strict adherence to established quality standards and procedures.
- Perform necessary laboratory tests on samples from various production stages and finished products.
- Accurately document all quality control data and prepare comprehensive reports for review.
- Identify, report, and investigate non-conforming products or processes.
- Collaborate closely with production teams to implement and verify corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant food safety and hygiene regulations.
Requirements
- Technical degree or certification in Quality Control, Food Science, Industrial Chemistry, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles and food safety standards.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a valued team member.
- Proficiency in data recording, documentation, and basic computer applications.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with different departments.
- Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is considered a significant advantage.
