Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prepare all costs and financial reports for construction projects.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis for new developments.
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to ensure best value.
- Provide advice on contractual claims and disputes.
- Monitor and control project expenditures against budget.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably within the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, cost estimation software).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
