Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and control project costs from initial feasibility to final account.
  • Prepare and analyze detailed bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract agreements.
  • Conduct robust tender evaluations and provide procurement strategy advice.
  • Perform interim valuations, process payments, and manage variations.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure strict adherence to contractual and legal requirements for all projects.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with 5+ years in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of various construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC) and legal frameworks.
  • Proficiency in quantity surveying software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative member of a project team.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
