Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control project costs from initial feasibility to final account.
- Prepare and analyze detailed bills of quantities, tender documents, and contract agreements.
- Conduct robust tender evaluations and provide procurement strategy advice.
- Perform interim valuations, process payments, and manage variations.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure strict adherence to contractual and legal requirements for all projects.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with 5+ years in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of various construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC) and legal frameworks.
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software and advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and as a collaborative member of a project team.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
