Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, tender and document administrative and support services.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.
• Manage costs, contracts and time scales for projects.
• Value engineer proposals and find cost-effective solutions.
• Manage and resolve contractual disputes and claims.
• Provide advice on procurement strategy and contract administration.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Excellent knowledge of construction products, pricing and management.
• Familiarity with construction management software.
• Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
