Key Responsibilities

• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, and other necessary paperwork.
• Analyze outcomes and write detailed progress reports.

• Negotiate costs and contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Perform risk and value management and cost control.
• Advise on procurement strategy.

Requirements

• Proven working experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
• Excellent knowledge of construction products, pricing, and other cost factors.
• Familiarity with contract and construction management software.
• Ability to manage a complex workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
