Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from inception to completion.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures.
- Negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
- Prepare and submit progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong knowledge of cost management and contract administration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
