    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage all costs relating to building and civil engineering projects.
    • Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
    • Prepare and analyze cost estimates for projects.
    • Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
    • Procurement of subcontractors and suppliers.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
    • Strong understanding of construction principles and practices.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam).
