  • Proven experience in a manufacturing or ecological plant environment (5+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of environmental guidelines and industrial safety procedures.
  • Ability to operate and maintain complex machinery and production systems.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Proficiency in Croatian is an advantage for effective local operations.
