Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new client leads for property sales and rentals.
- Conduct property viewings and open houses for prospective buyers and tenants.
- Provide expert advice to clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements.
- Negotiate property deals and prepare all necessary documentation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and other agents.
- Stay updated on local real estate trends and property listings.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
