Key Responsibilities

  • Guide clients through the entire real estate purchase, sale, or lease process.
  • Generate leads and cultivate new client relationships through networking and marketing efforts.
  • Present properties to potential buyers and renters, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales contracts, terms, and conditions, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate regulations.
  • Prepare and process all necessary legal documents, contracts, and paperwork.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role, preferably 5+ years.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and property laws.
  • Valid UAE driving license; RERA certification is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a pipeline, and achieve sales targets.
  • Customer-focused with a strong sales aptitude and professional demeanor.
