Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome all visitors, clients, and partners with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming phone calls, direct them to the appropriate departments or individuals, and take messages.
- Handle general inquiries and provide accurate information about PrimeIT services and operations.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing office supplies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a reception or customer service role, preferably at an associate level (2+ years).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- A proactive attitude and a strong commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
