Key Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including welcoming visitors and directing inquiries efficiently.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in a reception, secretarial, or event coordination role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in office software applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
