Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or front office role is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Polish and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
