Minor Hotels Europe and Americas is building a talent pool for Receptionist roles in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Successful candidates will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment and ensuring excellent guest service within their diverse portfolio of hotel brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
• Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
• Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest inquiries and efficiently resolve any issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is a desirable asset.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure.
• A customer-oriented approach with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred.
