Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and assist with seamless check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, answer phone calls, and respond to emails professionally and promptly.
- Provide comprehensive information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Handle guest inquiries and efficiently resolve any issues or complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.
- Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure a cohesive and positive guest experience.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) is a desirable asset.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure.
- A customer-oriented approach with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is highly preferred.
