Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, parents, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Provide information and assistance to visitors, guiding them to the appropriate locations within the school.
• Act as a central point for communication, receiving and relaying messages to relevant staff members.
• Assist with the check-in and check-out processes for students.
• Provide general administrative support to various departments, including data entry and filing.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
• Customer-focused approach to handling inquiries and requests.
• Ability to maintain security and control access to the school premises.
