Job Overview
One&Only Resorts is seeking a Receptionist to join the team at One&Only Royal Mirage Resort in Dubai. You will be responsible for systems and procedures connected with the front desk, check-in, check-out, and guest relations, ensuring the highest levels of personalized attention and service.

Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all rules, procedures, and policies of the hotel/resort.
- Handle all office or duty-related equipment to perform needed procedures.
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area and workspace.
- Carry out guest check-in, check-out, and requests as per resort standards.
- Assist guests with all their needs throughout their stay in a warm and personalized manner.
- Communicate guest requests to the call center for follow-up.
Requirements
- Successfully completed A levels.
- Diploma in Hotel Management is an advantage.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Call Center in acknowledged Resorts or Hotels.
- Speaks English fluently.
- Experience in Opera PMS, Microsoft Office preferable.
- Excellent interpersonal and Guest management skills.
