Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival at Fýri Resort.
• Manage check-ins, check-outs, and handle guest payments accurately.
• Address guest inquiries, provide information about resort services, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Answer phone calls, manage reservations, and correspond with guests via email.
• Maintain an organized and presentable front desk area at all times.
• Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Swedish and English; Norwegian language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
