    Key Responsibilities

    • Warmly welcome guests and manage efficient check-ins and check-outs.
    • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
    • Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy.
    • Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, local attractions, and services.
    • Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
    • Process payments and ensure accurate maintenance of guest records and profiles.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong guest-oriented approach.
    • Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
    • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
