Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests and manage efficient check-ins and check-outs.
- Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments with accuracy.
- Provide comprehensive information about resort facilities, local attractions, and services.
- Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional front desk area at all times.
- Process payments and ensure accurate maintenance of guest records and profiles.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, preferably within a luxury hotel or resort environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong guest-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and standard office applications.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional demeanor, positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
