Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and welcome all guests upon their arrival at the clinic/resort.
  • Manage appointments and reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate scheduling.
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries, and provide detailed information professionally.
  • Process payments, maintain accurate records, and ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures.
  • Assist guests with any requests, provide information about services and resort facilities.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized, and presentable reception area at all times.

Requirements

  • Proven experience of 5+ years in a front desk, reception, or similar client-facing role, preferably within a luxury hospitality or medical environment.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in reservation software, property management systems, and standard office applications.
  • Professional demeanor, impeccable grooming, and a strong guest-centric attitude.
  • Ability to multitask effectively, remain calm under pressure, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
