Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests and visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a timely manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area and office common spaces.
  • Provide basic administrative and clerical support to various departments.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in both Khmer and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
