Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner, with excellent command of Arabic and English.
- Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable, and maintaining office security by controlling access.
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail, deliveries, and couriers efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to various departments, including scheduling appointments and preparing documents.
- Assist in maintaining company calendars and coordinating meetings and events.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, verbal and written communication is essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-service oriented attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.
