Key Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide information about the spa and local area.
• Manage reservations and maintain an organized front desk area.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and potentially Swedish.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic hospitality environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required for a summer job.
