Job Overview

IQVIA, a global leader in clinical research and healthcare intelligence, is hiring Recruiter 1 for its Bucharest office. This is a fixed-term contract (6 months) with potential extension, available as full-time or part-time. The role focuses on supporting global recruitment efforts, enhancing the candidate experience, and ensuring staffing objectives are met across diverse business areas.

Job Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates to fill vacancies.
• Draft and publish job postings across media platforms.
• Conduct candidate prescreening and interviews.
• Manage job advertisements and recruitment campaigns.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align hiring needs with staffing objectives.
• Support diversity, inclusion, and compliance with local/regional hiring policies.
• Stay updated on recruitment market trends and salary benchmarking.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking and timely communication.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment or staffing experience.
• Knowledge of recruitment legislation and HR best practices.
• Strong Microsoft Office and HRIS application skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation.
