Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, attracting, and recruiting top software engineering talent.
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining a strong network of potential candidates.
- Promoting New Lantern’s employer brand.
Requirements
