Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top engineering, technical, and administrative talent.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand staffing needs and specific role requirements.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including professional networks, LinkedIn, and specialized job boards.
- Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the entire selection process.
- Ensure a consistently positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with at least 5 years, preferably within engineering or industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Strong understanding of modern recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and technically driven environment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant recruitment software.
- Fluency in both English and Czech languages is a significant advantage.
