Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and profiles.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data efficiently.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the e-learning, science, or publishing sectors.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
- Proficiency with various sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
