Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for various roles.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the retail sector.
  • Source candidates using diverse channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit for the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date candidate database and ensure compliance with hiring regulations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a preference for experience in the retail sector.
  • Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
