Key Responsibilities

• Proactively source and attract top talent for various client positions.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand client partnerships.
• Provide exceptional customer service and guidance throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring efficient and effective placements.

Requirements

• Proven experience in recruitment, human resources, or business development (2+ years preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in French and Dutch.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A customer-centric approach with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
