The Recruiter will play a key part in attracting and hiring top talent to support the company’s growth and mission of helping veterinary organizations provide better care to America’s pets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract diverse and top-tier talent.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define clear job requirements.
• Conduct thorough interviews and assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and actively promote Vetcove’s unique culture.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within a fast-paced tech or startup environment.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, best practices, and employment law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize effectively in a dynamic setting.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS.
• Passion for Vetcove’s mission to support veterinary services and animal healthcare.
