Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the hospitality sector.
  • Source and attract high-caliber candidates using diverse platforms and networking strategies.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and position specifications.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets efficiently.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multinational environment.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations is a significant advantage.
