Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the hospitality sector.
- Source and attract high-caliber candidates using diverse platforms and networking strategies.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and position specifications.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably within the hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multinational environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and recruitment regulations is a significant advantage.
