Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for high-volume programs across various restaurant clients.
  • Efficiently source, screen, and interview a large candidate pool using Workstream’s platform.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure quality hires.
  • Utilize Workstream’s technology to streamline and optimize the high-volume hiring process.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed candidate records and recruitment data.
  • Contribute to enhancing the employer brand and candidate experience for client restaurants.

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, focused on building positive candidate relationships.
  • Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HR software; experience with Workstream is a plus.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team setting.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying areas for process improvement.
