Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures in line with company goals.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate hiring decisions.
- Support employee relations, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Oversee accurate maintenance of HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to address HR-related issues and strategic planning.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or HR Generalist in a dynamic environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and HR principles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative international team.
- Proficiency in HR software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Familiarity with Cyprus labor laws and regulations is a plus.
