Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and offer management, for various roles.
- Serve as a strategic HR Business Partner, providing expert guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and secure high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and support organizational development initiatives.
- Manage essential HR administrative tasks and ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Contribute actively to fostering a positive, inclusive, and productive work environment within the organization.
Requirements
- Proven, extensive experience in both full-cycle recruitment and as an HR Business Partner.
- Solid understanding of HR best practices, relevant labor laws, and effective employee relations strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of staff.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Proficiency with various HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
