Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, with a strong focus on the real estate sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Abu Dhabi and Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
