Key Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Recruiter Specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role (2+ years).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a dynamic team.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
