Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding.
- Utilize various recruitment channels to identify and attract highly qualified candidates.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Actively contribute to employer branding and talent acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Recruiter Specialist or in a similar talent acquisition role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, HR best practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
- Fluency in English and Albanian is highly advantageous.
