    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and coordinate candidate interviews, including scheduling and logistics.
    • Support recruiters and hiring managers in various stages of the hiring process.
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.
    • Assist with onboarding preparations for new hires.
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience from application to offer.
    • Help organize recruitment events and initiatives.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 1+ years of experience in a recruiting or HR administrative role.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
