Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle for Tech and Digital sector roles.
• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
• Handle both permanent and contract recruitment (dual desk).
• Demonstrate best practices in sourcing, screening, and candidate selection.
• Conduct interviews and manage candidate feedback.
• Negotiate recruitment fees and candidate remuneration packages.
• Drive new business development through proactive sales and networking.
• Collaborate with a team of successful recruiters and contribute to agency growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in IT/Tech recruitment.
• Strong track record of successful 360 billings.
• Ability to operate consultatively with clients and candidates.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Driven, proactive, and ambitious mindset.

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 20,000 basic per month.
• Work from home 2 days a week.
• Option to work remotely for 3 months per year.
• Half-day Fridays.
