Key Responsibilities
- Source, attract, and recruit top talent for various client requirements using multiple channels.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and assessments to ensure suitability for roles.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Provide expert market insights and strategic recruitment advice to clients.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from initial client brief to successful placement.
- Achieve and exceed set targets for placements and business development.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related sales role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software, CRM systems, and online job platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
