Edari is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to support recruitment activities for a client, one of the largest semi-government organizations in Abu Dhabi. This is a 12-month contract role within the Human Capital Department, reporting to the Senior Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and maintain all referral profiles in the system.
  • Monitor and track referral profiles to ensure completion in line with agreed SLAs.
  • Follow up with internal departments, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support throughout the full referral lifecycle.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage all related documentation.
  • Prepare, maintain, and share reports as required by management.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of recruitment and referral processes.
  • Minimum 4 years of overall experience, including 1–2 years of UAE experience.
  • Proven experience in maintaining accurate records and generating management reports.
  • Strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills with high attention to detail.
